A message about precautionary measures we are taking in light of the current COVID-19 pandemic. Further information available here.
Following government advice to work from home where possible, the office will be closed from tomorrow, Tuesday 17th March 2020 until further notice. I will be working from home so there should be no interruption to services.
You can contact me by telephone or email – the office phone will be diverted to the mobile however, I ask that you only call this number during normal working hours.
For urgent matters, you can contact me on 07712 677 032.
If you are elderly, vulnerable or self-isolating and require assistance with food shopping or any urgent matter, please contact the office and we will do everything we can to assist you.
We are aware of a shortage of certain items in supermarkets, and we hope this will be temporary however we ask that you do not use any toilet tissue substitutes such as kitchen roll or baby wipes as these will cause blockages in the waste system. If you have to use these items please discard of them in your bin instead of the toilet. Any blockages caused as a result of incorrect disposal of items, will be charged back to the resident responsible.
Finally, if you experience any symptoms of the virus, such as a new cough, high fever or severe flu like symptoms, please contact 111 immediately where their dedicated helpline will be able to advise you further.
Thank you for your attention.
