Copy of a letter dated 14 January 2021 sent to residents regarding planned works:

You may recall, we were pleased and grateful that the Co-operative was awarded a Small Improvement Grant from Wandsworth Council (SIBS). We will use the money to create a family-friendly, dog-free garden where parents can take their children to enjoy the outdoors. Other residents may also gain access to the garden, should they wish, provided they use the space appropriately.

The following images detail the specific area behind 2-38 Ericcson Close which we will be developing. 

We will be fencing off the area indicated in the map and image included above. There will be a gate allowing access to residents. However, as you can see, the land is currently in need of some tender loving care, so will be out of bounds for a time giving it a chance to recover before grass seed is planted in the Spring. We acquired three quotations and the work was awarded to JTW Property Services who have successfully completed several jobs on the estate in recent months. They will begin work at the end of January.
