Pets are allowed on the estate as long as they are not a nuisance.
Dogs
All council tenants, leaseholders, freeholders and tenants of leaseholders are required to have their dogs micro-chipped and registered with the Dog Control Service, before permission is given to keep a dog.
Dogs must be kept on a lead when walked on the estate.
Please clean up dog mess and throw bags away responsibly. Persistent offenders are in breach of their freehold/lease/tenancy agreements. You can be fined up to £500 for each offence.
